With these perfect autumn beverage recipes (and our taste-elevating ice cubes too!), you can rest assured that your customers will be enjoying a drink experience this season like never before.

Negroni
Ingredients:
- 1 part Gin
- 1 part Campari
- 1 part botanical sweet Vermouth
- Chusei ice cubes
- garnish: orange peel or slice
Directions:
Blend the Gin, Campari and sweet Vermouth with ice in a mixing glass. Stir well until completely chilled. Strain it into a chilled rocks glass filled with large Chusei ice cubes. Garnish with an orange twist.
Mexican Mule
Ingredients:
- 2 parts Tequila
- 1/2 part lime juice
- 1/3 part simple syrup
- 3 parts ginger beer
- Chusei ice cubes & crushed ice
Directions:
Muddle the Tequila, lime juice and sugar syrup in a copper mug. Add Chusei ice cubes and stir well. Top with ginger beer and fill the mug with crushed ice.
Apple Cider Whiskey Smash
Ingredients:
- A few slices of apple and mint leaves
- 2 parts Whiskey
- 1/2 part cinnamon simple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 3 parts apple cider
- Chusei ice cubes & crushed ice
Directions:
Muddle mint leaves and apple slices with a cube of Chusei ice to help break the ingredients. Add whiskey, cinnamon simple syrup, apple cider and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker filled with Chusei ice.
Shake well and strain it into a rocks glass over crushed ice.
Autumn Apple Bourbon Fizz
Ingredients:
- 2 parts Bourbon
- 4 to 6 parts chilled ginger ale or ginger beer
- 3 tablespoons apple butter
- pinch of cinnamon
- Chusei ice cubes
Directions:
Add bourbon, apple butter, and a pinch of cinnamon to a shaker glass filled with Chusei ice. Shake well and pour the mixture into a glass. Top up the glass with ginger ale or ginger beer.
Cranberry Thyme Gin and Tonic
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 parts Gin
- 1 1/2 parts cranberry juice
- 1 1/2 parts fresh clementine or orange juice
- 1 part simple syrup
- 3 sprigs of fresh thyme
- tonic water
- garnish: fresh cranberries
- crushed Chusei Ice
Directions:
Muddle 2 sprigs of the thyme, gin, simple syrup, cranberry and clementine juice in a glass. Add crushed Chusei Ice to 2/3 full and top off with tonic water. Stir well and garnish with the remaining thyme and cranberries.
